Both nylon and cotton flags have embroidered stars. Generally nylon is better for flying outside as it lasts longer.
Enter in the comments section of the order form the future date you would like the flag flown as well as the name as you would like it to appear on the flag certificate. Requests for specific dates must be received no later then 2 weeks in advance but no more then 2 months in advance. The USS Arizona Memorial is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day and therefore no flags can be flown on those days. If no specific date is required, please enter "any date".
