FLAGS Flags purchased through our bookstore are flown over the USS Arizona Memorial by request only. Included in the cost of the flag is an 8.5" x 11" Certificate of Flag Presentation suitable for framing. Please enter in the comments section of the order form the future date you would like the flag flown. Requests must be received at least two weeks prior to the date, but no more than 2 months in advance. The USS Arizona Memorial is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, therefore no flags can be flown on those dates. Generally, nylon flags are suitable for flying while cotton flags are more appropriate for presentation. Flags are made in the USA.
